I am a long-term client of the Neale J. Boyle Insurance Agency. Neale and his administrative assistant, Carolyn, have consistently provided me outstanding service. They are very thorough and they demonstrate a high degree of genuine concern and professionalism. A huge bonus is their association with a superb company like Erie Insurance, with whom I hold home, auto, and liability umbrella policies. I highly recommend this excellent insurance agency to meet all of one's insurance needs.

BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE AGENT!!!!!! If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the MOST unprofessional insurance agent in Delaware County, in fact in PA. Neale Boyle & Erie Insurance do nothing but LIE to their clients. Neale Boyle submitted a claim to my homeowners insurance without mine or my husband’s knowledge or consent. When we asked for this claim to be removed, he refused. We bought a new vehicle and removed the old one & added the new and Neale Boyle screwed up that policy as well. When I ... read more
