I have worked with Don at Northwestern Ins for about 6 years now--ever since I got my first auto insurance policy at 18. He is awesome to work with and so helpful. He always shows me all the options and makes sure I know all the details before making my choice, and if I ever have questions he explains things in detail in a way that I can understand. Been with Erie insurance for almost 10 yrs but the agent I got made me almost switch to a different insurance company. Unresponsive, rude if you do get a hold of the agent. If you have questions or concerns and want to feel good about your insurance company. Maybe go somewhere else. There are bigger companies that treat their clients nicer.but maybe it was just the agent I had.

I imagine it takes a fair amount of effort to generate a positive review for an insurance company but Stephanie makes it look easy. We learned, by referral, of NW Ins. as a result of doing my annual cost comparison and I now enjoy making informed decisions with quick access to information from a knowledgeable agent, ney, advocate. This goes beyond pricing out options which we've sorted through plenty but add on insuring a teen, an adult child, a home insurance claim, and lots of questions in between.
