Absolutely horrible service. My brand new car was totaled on 10/6/24. It is now 01/13/2025. This company has done Absolutely nothing for me. They have requested anything and everything from me. I have made phone calls on my lunch break to get them everything they asked for, just for them to tell me they are not paying anything. My insurance company paid over $48,000 - asking nothing of me. Gap that I paid for, won't even pay $5000!!! They canceled my Gap and had me cancel my warranty so they wouldn't have to pay anything. Th... read more

KSA Insurance is the best company in Chicago. They always response immediately and take care of the Customers nicely. They answer all the Questions very politely and see that Customers are satisfied. Their follow up also is Excellent. I can give more than 5star. ANAND Owner is a Very Very Nice Person

I personally have been a customer for about 10 years, and extremely happy. The rates are very fair. The customer care I have experienced has been outstanding. There have been several instances where I needed a question answered or documents sent quickly, and the response is always immediate. As a Real Estate Agent, I get constantly inquiries from my clients about all types of insurance. This company always takes care of everyone - accommodate the best options to your needs. I highly recommend this company!
