Had State Farm for years and my rates kept going up even though I never had a ticket or an accident. I got my first mortgage through Jeff O’Conner who told me about his nephew Ryan who was in the insurance industry. I stopped at Ryan’s office one day and got a quote from him. He was extremely professional and blew State Farm’s price away with his quote. Huge waste of time. First contact via their website to get a quote and I get a call back saying I had to come into the office for a simple quote? When I tell them I shouldn't have to come to the office just for quote, they take my information over the phone. Then they send me an email with a few more questions and I was to get a quote within a day. I respond the same day, and never get a quote. Two more days pass, I send a follow up email asking for my quote and I don't get response to my email or a quote. A week passes and... read more
