I cannot recommend Ryan O’Connor enough. I had experienced some issues with my previous broker and had heard good things about Erie so I reached out to Ryan as he was local. It’s been almost 2 years now, he initially saved me $300/month, and after some time and with some guidance he saved us another $200/month. Now we have our home and vehicles insurance with Ryan and Erie. He is very personable, he is prompt in his response time, and always willing to go the extra mile.
Had State Farm for years and my rates kept going up even though I never had a ticket or an accident. Huge waste of time. First contact via their website to get a quote and I get a call back saying I had to come into the office for a simple quote? When I tell them I shouldn't have to come to the office just for quote, they take my information over the phone. Then they send me an email with a few more questions and I was to get a quote within a day. I respond the same day, and never get a quote. Two more days pass, I send a follow up email asking for my quote and I don't get response to my email or a quote. A week passes and... read more
