Beth was just AMAZING!!! First of all, she is so friendly and helpful. We were looking for cheaper auto insurance and she worked her (you know what) off!!! Not only did she find us better auto insurance, we have a locked in rate for 2 years where our insurance can’t go up. Who offers that? Then, she looked at our homeowners insurance because we were in the process of refinancing our house and told her how much it had went up in price lately. The entire staff at Odyssey is very polite and super helpful. Beth was great, she explained the entire process to us in our language and was very patient. She answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable. Kept us informed every step of the process. We like the idea of having a one stop shop for Home, Auto and Health Insurance and look forward to using them for future investing.
Service was fantastic! Beth was able to research and find rates that were considerably lower than what we were paying.
