I have insurance with the leonardtown MD branch . They are rude. They do not listen and constantly interrupt when you are trying to talk. I was trying to explain my frustration and i kept being told that , its not her problem and i need to stop talking because we are talking in circles. What happen to the customer being able to find a solution. I didnt know rudeness was that solution .

Dan and Vicki did a great job! Vicki answered all our questions. The quote we received on our Home and Auto with a teenage driver was very competitive.. Everything was handled very professionally and in a very timely matter. We are very happy and would highly recommend Olde Towne insurance to everyone.

Jake Kuntz has been extremely helpful from day 1 with selecting a company for home insurance. We are purchasing our first home, and as if that isn't stressful enough, we were shopping for homeowners insurance.
