Needed someone knowledgeable, will take the time to understand my insurance needs, patient and committed. I could not ask for any better than Jen Osborn and her team. Contacting Jen Osborne was a chance event. I just wanted to check my insurance costs. Jen was able to reduce my overall cost and answered all questions. I really liked that she spent over an hour face to face going over all the details and different options to get us what we needed & wanted.
