Called because my insurance went up unexpectantly, and they checked on it, and by the end of the day, they saved me money. They are always attentive and prompt to return calls or emails. They make everything smooth. Even with a totaled car. Excellent service. I'm very happy with them

I worked with Emma recently to secure an umbrella policy. We already have our Erie homeowners and auto with Osborn Insurance Agency. Emma was super responsive, answered all of my questions, and was able to get us quickly set up with no issues at all.
