Needed someone knowledgeable, will take the time to understand my insurance needs, patient and committed. I could not ask for any better than Jen Osborn and her team. Best in class, very knowledgeable, took the time to listen to my concerns and did all the research needed and provided me options. I ended saving money on a policy similar to what I had. Contacting Jen Osborne was a chance event. I just wanted to check my insurance costs. Jen was able to reduce my overall cost and answered all questions. I really liked that she spent over an hour face to face going over all the details and different options to get us what we needed & wanted.
