Researched Erie Insurance and was incredibly impressed by its reviews! Called Susana and she was truly amazing! From start to finish through every detail, and even better coverage, incentives, and service! Best part is my rate is back down! If I could give more stars I would!
Susana was amazing helping with my claim, and from the beginning of me getting insured through Eerie until after my claim got resolved they truly tried to put themselves in my shoes. Nowadays it's very hard to find any good insurance let alone one who actually cares, but I truly felt like throughout the process I was supported. We had a little situation happen with the car and Susana was on it right away. You guys are the best!
