I had an excellent (and seemingly unparalleled) experience with Oxygen. We are small business owners and needed a niche kind of policy that three or four other agencies could not provide, even after a week of searching. Franklin understood our needs right away. He got me a quote in literally a day and was kind and courteous while he did it. I will go to Oxygen immediately in the future, and 10/10 for competence, knowledge, and superior customer service!

Dealing with Franklin at Oxygen Insurance to obtain Insurance for both my home and Automobiles. Have turned out to be a very good thing. He took the necessary time to find the best package for me. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an insurance agent. He not only found me a good package, He followed with me to make sure all I's where dotted and T's crossed.

As a first-time car owner, I was a bit nervous about choosing the right insurance, but Oxygen Insurance Agency made the experience incredibly smooth and reassuring. They took the time to walk me through all the coverage options and helped me find a plan that fit my budget and needs. Franklin is the best insurance guy I had in 20yrs. He has no problem reaching out to fix any issues and is dedicated to keeping his customers happy. He literally stayed on the phone with me for over an hour to make sure certain things that were out of his control got taken care of. He is very personal and makes me feel confident to never come across issues without it being resolved. I highly recommend him.
