Highly recommend Sean and Patron insurance for my Erie policies. Love having a dedicated insurance expert I can email and receive a detailed response and solution. So much better than calling the main line and getting a representative at other insurance companies. The Erie policies were also very competitive, and I saved quite a bit bundling.
I purchased my home owners insurance through Tess at Patron Insurance who was extremely helpful and always available to answer my questions. As a first time home owner, I was new to this process and I always felt comfortable reaching out to Tess. Years ago a coworker recommended Patron Insurance to me and I haven't looked back since! I have had my car insurance with them/Erie Insurance for over 20 years and my home owner's insurance for 17 or so years. They are professional, responsive and a joy to work with!
We have used Patron for more than 10 years. They have been very responsive to our changing needs and very timely in their responses. Much better than other agencies where we had to chase down our agent to finally get a response to a question or need.
I had Erie Insurance through Patron Insurance and I told them I was having trouble with the online payments going to the correct account. They told me that they would fix it so that Erie would not drop me. Erie did drop me and I did not find out until the DMV notified me 2 months later. Patron never called me back to tell me what happened. I could have been in an accident and not been covered. Do not go here.
