The service has been grat from day one. Moving from Canada, I did not know anyone or trust but a coworker forwarded me to Peak. They took the time to answer my qustions and any concerns. Quickly building a grat trusting relatiomship, i signed up for my condo and car insurance. Peak has helped me in other ways as I've lived in Chicago. Highly recommend Peak to anyone for a new broker or considering changing.
RecommendedSuperb customer service. I have both a home and auto policy through them. When I had a car accident with a rental vehicle while on vacation in Puerto Rico, their rep was extremely helpful with communications back and forth as it was a bit of a more complicated situation due to location. Highly recommend getting a quote as they offered cheaper rates than elsewhere and you can't beat their service.
