Called several times over the past 2 yrs to get the renters off my policy. As I own my home and it would not cover me. Talked to several girls even asked about quotes for homeowners insurance and never get a call back. You have to stay on top of it. They will just say they fired the whole staff and steal your money if you don't. I was very happy with this insurance the girls were friendly idk what happened but I'll definitely be shopping around.
