TL;DR - Tim treats people (especially other business owners) with abhorrent hypocritical attitude and zero respect. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE if you value your dignity!!! I came in for the first time looking to talk to the owner, being a small business owner myself. After speaking with Tim regarding my options for coverage I found him quite friendly and helpful at first, and the prices reasonable enough.
