Poland & Sullivan has been my insurance broker since 2022. When I was shopping for Insurance after moving from North Carolina, Jonathan patiently went through the Policy to help me get just the coverage I needed. Since then, Becky Husfelt has faithfully and reliably handled all my questions and needs. I feel they have gone beyond and above in responsiveness, and helping me get excellent coverage for the lowest price and in all aspects of service.
I called on a busy Monday morning and requested some important changes to my homeowner policy and needed the changes quickly. Missy Simpson contacted the underwriter and the changes were completed within 24 hours!!! Incredible customer service Missy! I am a new customer with Poland & Sullivan and I am very impressed.

Did not get a policy simply because our situation requires going direct, however, Jonathan took his own time to educate me on my options for a complex situation knowing I wouldn't buy a policy at this time and that is integrity! Really appreciated that and will re-visit once our insurance needs change.
This agency is responsive and accurate. They provide concise guidance and are pleasant to work with---never in a rush. They are well acquainted with the parties you deal with when setting up home and car coverage going out of their way to make calls on the customers behalf---really nice people !
