I was referred to Poland and Sullivan insurance. Jonathan Yasik has been such a great help when I needed to obtain a policy. He was easy to reach and communicate with. He immediately took care of our needs and provided a suitable policy within few hours of my initial request. The whole process was so easy and efficient. I highly recommend Jonathan and his team.
Very professional, prompt and responsive service. Jonathan answered all my questions and was very knowledge about in explaining the options and benefits. Best of all, I saved approximately $1,700 annually by changing insurance carriers. Highly recommend him and Poland & Sullivan.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This is an unprofessional organization with no sense of customer service. I had a terrible experience with my homeowner's insurance renewal. The P&S team had no ability to communicate proactively or in a timely manner (or even amongst themselves to get some background on my policy). Suffice it to say that I did not work with P&S for my renewal. I strongly recommend that anyone look elsewhere for their insurance needs.
