Brooke Holbert, I cannot brag on her enough. I had a sticky situation with my insurance so I put in a quote online (which is so handy by the way) thinking I’d never get approved. In less than 12 hours I was sent a quote by Brooke and WAS SO AMAZED. I couldn’t believe I was approved. I think 6 entire emails completed the entire process. Brooke was so sweet and kind and didn’t judge my situation at all. DEFINITELY will be a lifetime customer! (Not to mention i’m saving THOUSANDS of dollars switching to Pryor)

We never hear from this agent at all. When we do have questions, they are met with an indifferent and condescending tone. We need an honest yearly review of our policies which has never been provided. We love Erie Insurance but would not recommend Pryor Insurance.

Having recently moved back to the area we wanted to work with a local insurance agency. So glad we chose Pryor Insurance. Working with Kim has been phenomenal. She is knowledgeable, patient and has a great ability to explain insurance concepts and coverage in a way that is easily understandable. I had Pryor Insurance once before and ended up leaving and going with another company due to getting married, unfortunately (unfortunately for both, leaving Pryor and for getting married 🤣.) Not only have they found reasonably priced policies for me, they are quick to handle a claim. The only issue I've had was, after totaling my pickup, it wasn't removed from my policy and I didn't notice until my next renewal. When looking for better, more affordable home insurance, Pryor Insurance Associates was recommended to me by a very dear friend, and it was the best choice I ever made. Jason was knowledgeable, friendly and very open to all my insurance needs. His agency saved me quite a bit of money, while getting me far better coverage then I previously had. I highly recommend Jason for all your insurance needs. You will not be disappointed.
