I have never received the kind of treatment I received today from Miss Quigley from Camille. I have been with Quinn insurance (Erie Insurance) For more than 20 years. The woman I spoke to today and last month is rude, condescending and takes customer service to the bottom of the barrel for this agency. I asked for a quote for auto, I got an email saying they will call me in morning, I missed the call, as I'm at work, I returned the call today at 3:50pm. Lady answered asked my name, I give to her and tell her hey I missed a call from you, I asked for a quote and maybe the call was in response, lady goes well who called was it Cammile, I said miss I missed the call as why I'm calling back, she goes well you know what I can't help you then hung up. This the service you offer, I just returned a call.
