I asked for a quote for auto, I got an email saying they will call me in morning, I missed the call, as I'm at work, I returned the call today at 3:50pm. Lady answered asked my name, I give to her and tell her hey I missed a call from you, I asked for a quote and maybe the call was in response, lady goes well who called was it Cammile, I said miss I missed the call as why I'm calling back, she goes well you know what I can't help you then hung up. This the service you offer, I just returned a call.
Was given the agency by a family referral, but I can’t seem to get anywhere, left a few messages, was working on a quote, now can’t get a call back , frustrated as I am desperately trying to save as I am retiring.
