We have had our auto and home insurance through Ramsey’s since 1993, yes, THIRTY ONE years. They started out small, just Dave and Rebecca Ramsey. Great service. HOWEVER….Things have DEFINITELY CHANGED over the years. NOW calls to them may or may not be answered. If I leave a message, calls are not returned. AND THIS: our son is still on our auto policy, although he moved out 4 years ago. Leaving messages for this and I get no response. Disappointed, so researching options for a new agent now. Even after moving to NC and canceling my policy with them they helped with a couple issues i had with my new ins co. Great pepole and company. Highly recomend.
