The customer service and quality of care I initially received were great, but plummeted after Rick Archer was promoted to a different position. Since then, I've reached out to my new agent multiple times following a dramatic rate hike and only received a boilerplate response like 'I'll check on it,' followed by complete radio silence, despite my reasonable follow-ups. I have had Dani Renzi as my insurance agent for about 5 years now. She is more than qualified and provides perfect customer service for all of my insurance needs. Whenever I have had a problem with billing, coverage, or claims, she has always been available with the quick answers I need. If I have any future insurance needs, Dani will be the one I know I can rely on.
