The customer service and quality of care I initially received were great, but plummeted after Rick Archer was promoted to a different position. Since then, I've reached out to my new agent multiple times following a dramatic rate hike and only received a boilerplate response like 'I'll check on it,' followed by complete radio silence, despite my reasonable follow-ups.
