I just have to brag on Amber, she has Always went above and beyond! Most recently she handled a 4 year problem I've had with another insurance company ( we had them before I switched to you) come to find out the other company had been taking out electronically yearly payments from my mom's bank account even though myself And Amber told them to Cancel our policy! Needless to say my mom will be getting quite a large check from the other company! Amber didn't have to bother helping me as it was My problem but she didn't hesitat... read more

I have been with Richland Insurance for several years now. Josh Mahon responds to any question, concern or request without delay. His service doesn't stop there either! He is always thinking about what's next for my future, my needs, my children's needs, etc. I appreciate all of his support, knowledge and professionalism in servicing my home, auto and life insurance needs. Josh did a great job of explaining the many options I had for auto and home insurance and helped me choose the coverage that was the most cost effective and made the most sense for me. He has also provided great customer service responding to emails in a timely fashion and has always been available by phone to answer any question that has popped up over time.

Shane and his staff are very knowledgeable and helpful for any and all insurance needs. They were able to email me my quotes and the process was quick and easy. They were even kind enough to send me a spreadsheet showing the rates and coverage of multiple companies, so I could see all the info I needed on one page. The chart was the easiest to look at and it helped make our decision easier. If you are looking for insurance, don't forget to call them, you won't be sorry!
