I have been with Richland Insurance for several years now. Josh Mahon responds to any question, concern or request without delay. His service doesn't stop there either! He is always thinking about what's next for my future, my needs, my children's needs, etc. I appreciate all of his support, knowledge and professionalism in servicing my home, auto and life insurance needs. I highly recommend Josh, and the Richland Insurance team!

Josh did a great job of explaining the many options I had for auto and home insurance and helped me choose the coverage that was the most cost effective and made the most sense for me. He has also provided great customer service responding to emails in a timely fashion and has always been available by phone to answer any question that has popped up over time.

Shane and his staff are very knowledgeable and helpful for any and all insurance needs. They were able to email me my quotes and the process was quick and easy. They were even kind enough to send me a spreadsheet showing the rates and coverage of multiple companies, so I could see all the info I needed on one page. The chart was the easiest to look at and it helped make our decision easier. If you are looking for insurance, don't forget to call them, you won't be sorry!
