Wanted to leave 5 stars for Karen Carter! Insurance is obviously not the most captivating subject, so I historically haven't done the best job doing my own due diligence. Karen however, being the expert here, was able to navigate the nuances like a pro, and when the time came for my policy to renew, she had already shopped around and found better rates and made it a no-brainer to utilize her expertise.
