Our small business had a negative experience with Risk Management Partners. They sold us a General Liability policy that ultimately did not cover our business, despite multiple red flags. We trusted their guidance, and when a claim occurred, we learned the policy was inadequate. During this process, founder Barrett Bartels advised me on a call to simply deny the customer and told me they could “kick sand.” I ultimately paid $5,000 out of pocket on Christmas to resolve the issue. Karen helped me with both Auto and Home coverage. She worked diligently to reduce our costs first by going to the market , bundling our coverages, looking for discounts like good student and paperless billing and then through multiple deductible options. She made the whole process seamless less and she was kind too. Can’t recommend her enough for your insurance needs!!
