This is not necessarily rating for Erie insurance, but for Bob and Dan as they are hands down the best insurance agents I've ever known and I've been around quite a few. They've they've put policies in place I wasn't even aware about but they knew I needed them and boy did they bail me out several times over! These guys truly know their trade and I trust them thoroughly.
After my daughter gota new car I decided to come to this agency for my insurance needs as they were highly recommended. What a disappointment. Not only did my daughter explain that she recently was rear ended in the Fort Pitt Tunnel and my car was totaled. The driver of the truck that hit her took 100% liability. I also explained as I got the quote on on my house and was told he would not insure me unless I also had a car. Erie Insurance! The best Insurance Company I ever had! Last year, when my Saturn Ion died due to rust issues, I got a 2011 Toyota Prius, one of the best hybrid cars on the market. I had to find a reasonable insurance premium. This team is outstanding! Was able to change policies, and save quite a bit of funds from my previous insurance company. They are super accommodating and have always been available in answering any questions I have had regarding my policy. I now have two vehicles insured with Erie and have no desire to work with anyone else!
