EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED with Erie. I have been a customer for 26 years! Recently, I added my newly licensed daughter to my policy, and got a new car, fully expecting the premium to go up, significantly. I asked for a quote from Erie to compare with other insurance companies before deciding to stay with them or find a cheaper option. Parker Peterman is the WORST insurance representative. Not impressed!
We had happy experiences (auto and home Erie insurance) since 1987 with Robertson Insurance Group till 2022 for 35 years till we moved to Florida from Pennsylvania. We will miss the staff, especially Lori Frankenfield, CISR. Lori helped us with transition in a very memorable way !
