I'm very disappointed with the way Mr. Stephen Bauer handled my policy cancelation, he was very upset aboutit. I was a customer for over 10 years with multiple policies. Last month, I cancelled two of the seven policy with Erie and Mr. Bauer didn't have the decency to inform me that there was a balance on each policy. He sent the pending balances $215 & 295 to a collection company. Earlier today payment was made and hopefully it won't affect my credit. Been with then for over 15 years. Called to inquire why my auto insurance has increased over $100 in two years, no changes, no claims. Whomever I spoke with gave me the impression she could care less. Basically told me "oh well, that's what it costs" Offered no help to see what could be done. Time for me to find a new agent.
