Carl Salinas is top notch. Excellent services, very thorough in the process, from beginning to end, Carl gives clear explanations, very transparent, does not rush and follows up when he says he will. Compared to other agencies, Carl is the best. You can not do better than Carl Salinas with Erie Insurance.

The agent we worked with for several years was wonderful. When she left, everything went downhill. We switched to a different insurance agency a year and a half ago, and we asked to have our policy cancelled. We were told to provide the proper paperwork showing the selling of one car and the change in insurance for the other. We did. Our payments have not stopped, and every time we have contacted them, we hear nothing back. Close to $3,000 has been paid, and we have no way of getting it back. Sat down and went over all insurance for home and 2 cars. Very patient and thorough. Much better premiums than we were previously paying and much better insurance coverage. Highly recommend getting quotes from them for your insurance needs!!

I was referred to Salinas Ins by my son-in-law and I was not disappointed! Daniela was awesome! She was very thorough, and I felt the rates and the coverage was very good. I highly recommend Salinas Ins!

Don’t use them unless you want to be charged $200-$500 for a service you don’t have. Great if you have insurance with them but I moved over a year ago and despite trying to cancel my policy I am still being charged 8 months later. I have emailed them several times and they have been ignoring me for the last two months. So I would leave a zero but it does not give me the option.
