Kim Beach does a great job providing the personal touch that we have lost with so many service providers. Fortunately, have not had to file a claim yet, but being able to call my local insurance agent - that I know personally during a high stress time - I’m sure will prove invaluable! Highly recommend!

Opening the door of my new condo to a flooded wood floor was quite a shock. The holes in my previous policy didn't help. A new neighbor told me to check into Village Insurance. I was glad I did. Their new auto and condo policy filled those holes. It was also nice to have their office right in my new neighborhood in case I needed personal help. A new level of security that I'm most happy to have. My agent Kim has been terrific to work with and maybe the best part. Do yourself a favor.
