Very rude guy...that's all I'll say on here
I was a policy holder with Safeco under Schlather Insurance Agency for over a year. Never had any problems in the beginning, the payments were directly taken out of my bank account, I never received calls from my agent. It was hassle free. January 18th I was rear ended at a red light, the driver was sited for the accident. I called the number on my insurance card, left a voicemail because no one had answered. Very poor customer service. I almost missed the time frame to apply for my initial Medicare Supplement due to the Agent. I'm now in year 2 and can't get timely answers to simple questions about my coverage. Currently looking for another Agent who offers Medicare Supplements with Aetna.
Good prices, perfect service. They cover autosvand my industrial buildings. Highly reccomend!
