This insurance agency has serious issues with professionalism and respect. My family and I — including my wife and my brother — have all experienced the same unacceptable behavior. The woman who answers the phone is consistently rude, unhelpful, and discriminatory toward certain people. They even threatened to cancel one of our policies without reason, and in another case, tried to charge us for a commercial policy that, by law, doesn’t even need to be commercial. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this insurance company if you are of color these people are racist and rude. I called to get a quote for business insurance the guy told me we don't have a market for you (the people gave me the contact does same thing I do but he's white) This guy actually said "I don't have a market for u" then when I Asked his name he hung up the phone in my ear.. #lawsuit hold them accountable..

You won't find another company to do as much as Paul, Blake and the rest of the team at Schultze Insurance. The only thing I wish I would have done different is switch to them earlier. They are good Christian folks that are going to look after you every step of the way with what ever you need. They have even helped me setup insurnace online with their agency at 7:45 on a Friday night so I could buy a boat the next morning.
