This insurance agency has serious issues with professionalism and respect. My family and I — including my wife and my brother — have all experienced the same unacceptable behavior. The woman who answers the phone is consistently rude, unhelpful, and discriminatory toward certain people. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this insurance company if you are of color these people are racist and rude. I called to get a quote for business insurance the guy told me we don't have a market for you (the people gave me the contact does same thing I do but he's white) This guy actually said "I don't have a market for u" then when I Asked his name he hung up the phone in my ear.. #lawsuit hold them accountable..

Our family and neighbors, real estate clients and customers are glad Schultze Insurance has been their local insurance choice. We recently were hit by a distracted driver and they took care of us. Recommended!
