I have been a "client" since 1991. I had an accident last Christmas Eve in Delaware. I had gone more than 20 years without a claim. In April of this year my rates were raised. I use auto-pay through my credit union. I was ill for a very long time and did not open my mail for a while. They outright cancelled my auto policy for "non-payment". I had paid but not enough.
