Canceled after first claim. Sandy and her team were polite, helpful, professional and all-round a pleasure to work with. I had a break in causing significant damage and they were easy to work with very calm, quick to respond and professional. The property AT the time of break-in was vacant and I communicated this with them PRIOR to the break-in and was told it's not an issue and we will talk in 30 days.
