Dishonest, misleading, and practice poor business ethics. Changed my policy numerous times and automatically renewed with drastic price increases without my knowledge yearly. Started with Erie Insurance but was dropped within the first year because of issues from the accessor that weren't even problems on my actual property. Put on a second rate company instead. So informative. They always are available to assist me with questions. I have all my policies with them. I have never had any issues and auto billing is excellent. Always try and find all discounts available. A++++++ Wouldn't change for the world
