Sue is very helpful. I am in the process of switching to Erie. My current insurance provider bumped my monthly payment up $80/month for absolutely no reason. I am a good driver, who doesn't drive very much, and I never get any tickets. Sue was able to get me a deal where I pay less and get much better coverage at the same time. Hats off to Sue. Thank you!
I came to Smale Stover Insurance to quote me insurance after I got a $186 auto policy increase for 6 months coverage from my previous company that I was with for 12 years. I asked Sue to look at my auto, home, motorcycle and RV coverage and she was able to save me a total $1,400 annually. Very happy with the service so far and the agent at Smale Stover Insurance.
This place has by far the worst customer service. Their employees do not do their job and the managers do not hold them accountable for anything. Would never think about using erie insurance for anything.
