We had a fabulous experience working with Mary Ann Holm and the Southwest Insurance Team! Mary Ann is experienced, attentive, knowledgeable and very professional. We switched both our Home and Auto policies. She efficiently walked us through the process and explained the nuances of our insurance options. Mary Ann was so helpful in finding me better coverages that fit my needs. My precious auto-policy was pretty minimal coverage- I had signed up online without an agent and that left me with lacking coverage. Mary Ann made sure my new plan had all the things necessary to cover my car that I hadn’t had before. She also found me a condo insurance policy that is saving me about $600 per year. Appreciative to have someone who actually talked to me and understood my needs and what I was looking for.
