Suzanne is amazing. I first came to Specialized Insurance after I had a ton of issues with my car insurance provider and she was able to help me quickly switch to a new insurance and help answer my questions. I spoke with Suzanne for over an hour today as she walked me through a new Homeowners Insurance quote, Umbrella policy and Auto Insurance options. I feel so confident with our decision to go with Erie for our new home. I know we will be taken care of with kindness. Suzanne was patient and willing to explain with examples how our policy will support us in the event that we need to make a claim.
