After discussing my current home insurance and letting her know I recently had a new roof installed, she went above and beyond to help me significantly reduce my insurance costs. She was patient, kind, and extremely helpful, walking me through each step of the process so I understood everything clearly. I spoke with Suzanne for over an hour today as she walked me through a new Homeowners Insurance quote, Umbrella policy and Auto Insurance options. I feel so confident with our decision to go with Erie for our new home. I know we will be taken care of with kindness. Suzanne was patient and willing to explain with examples how our policy will support us in the event that we need to make a claim. It's a relief to know there are still compassionate people out there looking out for our dream home investment.

Lindsay Amory at Specialized Insurance is a gem. I am with a company that had to do an audit, which I had never done before. Anytime I had a question Lindsay was very quick to respond with and answer. If she was not able to provide one she would reference where I could find the help I needed. One of the things I really do appreciate is the quick response. I highly recommend Specialized Insurance for your business.
