Great People to work with. I have personal insurance policies (Home and Auto) with Suzanne and she has been very helpful and responsive. I also have my business policy with the same firm (through Heather)... She has been excellent as well. Highly recommended!

We've been customers of Specialized Insurance for going on 5 years. Heather and Amy have always been there for us from renewals to claims, to updates. Everyone is so capable and helpful. They are a great team and make things easy for us by taking care of our insurance needs.

The staff is amazing. Personal quick replies to all my questions. When my original business insurance company stopped offering personal attention Specialized Insurance reviewed my policies, suggested changes and saved me money even though they increased some coverages. I would recommend them to any business.
