I am a new business owner and have used Anna Snow with Specialized Insurance ever since I started. My business has lots of employee turnover requiring frequent updates to my auto policy as a result. Anna is always willing and prompt and helpful through every change. Great service!
Earlier this year we decided to go with Erie for Homeowners Insurance and Suzanne Triola was so awesome and supportive that we reached out again for Car and Umbrella Insurance. She quickly and kindly answered all our questions and set us up with a bundle that was a lot more affordable than we thought. We had an excellent experience working with Megan Apperson at Specialized Insurance Services/Erie Insurance. She has been incredibly patient, responsive, and knowledgeable while helping us completely reevaluate and restructure our homeowners and auto coverage. Suzanne has been an absolute gem for our family. She has gone above and beyond to help my father navigate his insurance policy, finding savings we didn't even know were possible and continuing to look for more. What really stands out is that she reaches out to him to inform him of new opportunities and makes sure he understands everything. You can tell she genuinely has his best interest at heart.
