I dont ever here anything from S&S ins agency unless I call . I dont hearcabout product upgrades or any other service . Buy dont ever hear from your company even at renewal about products options and upgrades. Thru Erie ins or any competitor you represent. However I'm still satisfied with the response of explaining policy and what to do next. when I call ...... service is what its suppose to be about right.😉
Been with Erie out of s and s in Lexington for years attempted to file a claim a week ago with no reply this company is unreliable, and don't use this insurance company. Premium are high and they do not hold up to the contract
