Everyone who works here are friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We use them for all of our insurance needs. I don't think Insurance is ever anyone's favorite subject or expense, but it is required. The Stahlka Agency takes the pain away.

My business has been insured with Stahlka for years, and up until recently I've been satisfied with the customer service. Recently via my annual audit I was charged more than a $3000 fee (more than my entire policy) for a sub not having comp. Although I now know this was insufficient coverage on behalf of my sub, this situation is extremely frustrating because during the previous years audit I was not educated from my agent that this needed to be in place when the opportunity to do so was present.
