Five stars for Sarah at Stone Insurance! Her patience and expertise make the annual renewal process seamless. She recently advocated for me when BCBS Anthem had a billing error, handling the entire resolution and reimbursement process herself. It is rare to find this level of dedication and personal care. I am so grateful for her hard work!
