After being a costumer for home and car insurance for more than 8 years, they cancelled my policy. I received no warning, no heads up! Just a letter in the mail saying my policy was cancelled. I’m left now with no coverage and other insurance consider me with no history! This was so unprofessional! Never heard from Dave Stump as my agent until I had to email him for an explanation. Horrible way to treat their costumer

We have our home and car insurance through Stump Insurance. They deserve more than 5 stars- they are EXCELLENT! Recently, during a storm with high winds and hail, a large branch fell on my car denting and damaging it along with a lot of hail damage. Turned out the car was totalled. Sandi Stump was with us every step of the way, coordinating our rental and connecting us with the Erie reps who were great. Sandi, thank you for making everything go smoothly.

Dave Stump has always treated me and my family like gold. I genuinely trust and value the guidance he has offered us over the years. Dave has a talent for delivering detailed info in a very personable and professional manner. I'm confident that he has set these same high customer service standards throughout his entire team at Stump Insurance.

Dave Jr. has always been helpful and makes the process really simple. The price comparisons when we were looking for insurance were straightforward and everything Dave did was about getting us the best coverage for the best price. Dave would always respond to questions within 24 hrs and was patient when it came to gathering the documentation required for our different types of insurance. I would highly recommend Stump Insurance and will continue to use them!

Dave is always cheerful and patient, and happy to answer any questions we have. Any time we need to make changes to any of the several policies we have with Stump Insurance, they are right on it. We always get what we need when we need it, and we never have a problem reaching anyone at Stump Insurance for assistance. The whole Stump team is awesome. We've had all of our insurance with them for over 30 years and can't imagine using any other company.
