Our agent always provides prompt attention to calls and inquiries. I feel confident I will receive a timely response when I leave a message. I find him to be very knowledgeable of our insurance products. He saved us hundreds of dollars on our prior home and auto insurance with comparable or better coverage than we had previously. In my experience, the folks at Sumser have the customer’s best interest in mind.

Great service and very competitive rates! Unfortunately I was involved in an accident and Ann (filling in for Ashley) was outstanding in helping me get my claim started. All the adjusters have been outstanding and one week following the accident, I just drove my new Outback off the lot today! I am sold on Subaru and Erie Insurance!!! Plan to be with both forever....

I have been insured through Sumser Insurance for the past two years and have found the agents to be very helpful and proactive when issues arrive. Ike was very friendly when I talked to him about getting Erie Ins. He answered a lot of questions I had completely. I had been wanting to get Erie for a long time as my friends had told me how good it was for them. I am so glad that I now have Erie and know the company and the employees will continue to be friendly and helpful.
