I have and will continue to recommend Sumser Insurance to everyone I speak to. We had just added a teenage driver to our insurance which with our previous coverage was a MAJOR cost increase, needed to increase coverage on our home and wanted to consolidate all of our policies. She is very responsive and knowledgeable about the insurance industry in general, and the Erie policies in particular. She has helped us out on many diverse questions, including automobile accidents, vehicle transfers and a variety of other matters. I worked with Ike and he was fantastic. I was shopping around for umbrella insurance, and not only was Sumser the lowest price, but Ike was the most responsive out of everyone I contacted. He was helpful but not pushy. I definitely recommend Sumser!
