Christina is amazing !!! My store flooded with water and i called her . She had servicemaster out there in 45 min to start drying the water up . I own a fur salon and if the furs had gotten damp or molded they would have been ruined . As it happens my insurance didn’t cover the damage but I will refer Christina to all my friends for insurance . She saved my years of investment from ruin and I’m eternally grateful . I had a great experience working with Christina at the Bates Agency. I was looking to re-price a number of different plans. I tried a different agency first, and they ignored most of what I sent them, never contacted me, and instead just sent me a quote for one plan. Christina was the opposite - she called me right away, asked me questions, got me pricing for all the plans, gave me options, and worked out which were best to switch.
Christina at the agency was absolutely fantastic. When trouble with underwriters appeared because they wouldn't accept my 15 year old documentation on my roof update, she kept at it until she got it through. She was responsive, attentive, and very helpful. I am very glad for her help.
At first, I was a little suspicious seeing a near perfect 5.0 rating, but decide to call after reading many reviews and felt that they are authentic. I AM GLAD I DID. Aurora is amazing! She is very professional, friendly, and personal. Although we only had a couple of phone calls and exchanged a few emails, she automagically knows what I need/want for my policies, and is looking out for my best interest by providing me suggestions for how to structure the coverages to best fit my situation.
I wanted to give a shout out to Christina Cannaday @Bates! Christina is warm and welcoming and super knowledgeable! Christina looks out for the customer, works with you in order to achieve the goal of Home and Auto Insurance coverage at an affordable price.
