I spoke with Jazmin, and I was truly impressed by her knowledge and professionalism. She provided exceptional customer service, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made the entire process easy to understand. Because of my great experience, I will definitely be referring my closest friends and family to the Bates Agency. Highly recommend!
The Bates Agency is the best, and especially working with Christina has been a great experience. She’s super responsive, easy to get in touch with, and always on top of things. What I really appreciate is that she actually listens and gives recommendations that make sense for us, not just trying to sell something. She’s made everything simple and stress-free every time we’ve worked with her. Would definitely recommend her to anyone.
Kent was a great partner for my company. He took the time to properly walk me through the different business options available, things to watch out for, and best pricing. I highly recommend him to anyone starting a new business.
I called today to get a quote and unfortunately, the experience was not what I expected. The representative I spoke with was rude and unprofessional, and there were dogs in the background throughout the call. I understand that things happen, but I would expect a professional and pleasant experience when contacting a company for their services. Unfortunately, this interaction left a very poor first impression.
This placed mailed me a solicitation to get my business. I called the number in the letter and the lady who answered was quite surly. she then proceeds to ask me for the type of you would provide for a credit check. When I inquired to know why she needed this information, instead of admitting that they were trying to pull my credit report, she said they needed the info to "find the best rate" for me. Made no sense & was a dishonest answer.
