The agent who helped me, Aurora Calloway, of the Bates Agency II, went above and beyond to make sure I had all the coverage I wanted at the best price. I felt like I was getting very special treatment as I was looking at insurance for my car and home and an umbrella policy. Aurora was very patient and she answered all of my questions. It was a pleasure working with someone who was both very competent and kind.

Christina is amazing !!! My store flooded with water and i called her . She had servicemaster out there in 45 min to start drying the water up . I own a fur salon and if the furs had gotten damp or molded they would have been ruined . As it happens my insurance didn’t cover the damage but I will refer Christina to all my friends for insurance . She saved my years of investment from ruin and I’m eternally grateful . Your company should be proud to have such a conciencous employée . Thank you for everything and saving my A::
