The Bates Agency is the best, and especially working with Christina has been a great experience. She’s super responsive, easy to get in touch with, and always on top of things. What I really appreciate is that she actually listens and gives recommendations that make sense for us, not just trying to sell something. She’s made everything simple and stress-free every time we’ve worked with her. Would definitely recommend her to anyone.

This placed mailed me a solicitation to get my business. I called the number in the letter and the lady who answered was quite surly. she then proceeds to ask me for the type of you would provide for a credit check. When I inquired to know why she needed this information, instead of admitting that they were trying to pull my credit report, she said they needed the info to "find the best rate" for me. Made no sense & was a dishonest answer.

Christina is amazing !!! My store flooded with water and i called her . She had servicemaster out there in 45 min to start drying the water up . I own a fur salon and if the furs had gotten damp or molded they would have been ruined . As it happens my insurance didn’t cover the damage but I will refer Christina to all my friends for insurance . She saved my years of investment from ruin and I’m eternally grateful . Your company should be proud to have such a conciencous employée . Thank you for everything and saving my A::

The agent who helped me, Aurora Calloway, of the Bates Agency II, went above and beyond to make sure I had all the coverage I wanted at the best price. I felt like I was getting very special treatment as I was looking at insurance for my car and home and an umbrella policy. Aurora was very patient and she answered all of my questions. It was a pleasure working with someone who was both very competent and kind.
