I don’t know how this company got 4.9 stars. My family had a very terrible experience and bad customer service from the office manager and employee, I believe their names are Ann and Stephanie. I believe for them to be racist. My mom canceled her policy they still withdrew the $$$. When my brother called on her behalf bec of her limited English mind you my brother called thru a relay service that is used for deaf people. Thank goodness for Stephanie! I called from out-of-state, for a Surety Bond, of which I know nothing! She was pleasant and helpful and kind, alot to ask of anyone at 4 PM.
You guys are great, and really helped me out in a pinch. (My policy was cancelled without my knowledge last year and you helped me get new coverage quickly) and I really appreciate that. I will recommend you highly.
They are always willing to help me with everything that I need done I can call them on the phone and get a person to deal with and we're stuck in the office and they take care of everything for me.They are awesome see if it's built everything right
