I don’t know how this company got 4.9 stars. My family had a very terrible experience and bad customer service from the office manager and employee, I believe their names are Ann and Stephanie. I believe for them to be racist. My mom canceled her policy they still withdrew the $$$. When my brother called on her behalf bec of her limited English mind you my brother called thru a relay service that is used for deaf people.
