This place is awesome! I thought I would have to wait in a lobby for awhile, but I was seen almost immediately. Nelly is awesome, friendly, knowledgeable and professional! The whole process was quick and easy. My rate and coverage was just what I was looking for. I would highly recommend anyone to go there for auto insurance.

Nancy is one of the best if not the best representative ive ever had shes very patient as well as pro active. I definitely recommend and she great she went and pro actively went and looked for deals for me and called me to inform me I strongly recommended her and the store itself -RT

I had an amazing experience with The Insurance Store. I was greeted by Yessenia and Gisi who checked me in with a great smile on their faces. I asked a few questions and they were able to answer them. As I waited to be attended Yéssenia took picture of my vehicle for my new policy as she knew I was pressed for time. I sat down with Laura in a timely matter. Laura was very knowledgeable and got me the best price. I highly recommend this office. I had an amazing experience from start to finish.
