5 STARS!!! I feel that Jim was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a timely manner. He was courteous and professional. I believe I not only made the right choice for my homeowners but my auto insurance too.
Jim has always been responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Been with him for 15 years and have experienced a handful of claims which all went smoothly. Each time Jim was with me every step of the way through the process.
Jim was very helpful with getting me automobile policies for both my personal and business vehicles. Took his time to talk to me and get me the best policy that met my needs.
My basement recently flooded and Jim was immediately available to assist in finding a clean-up crew and processing our claim. What a relief.
We have used Jim for our home and auto insurance for several years and he has been extremely helpful and always available. 5 stars plus!
A few years ago I had a claim on my homeowners insurance due to a ice damming situation that caused my roof to leak. The damage was pretty severe and required a great deal of repair (close to $10,000). I called my agent (James Taylor) and had a check in hand in a matter of days. Two stars is being kind. Mr. Taylor is a waste of time and does not deserve to make a commission on you, especially since he is incompetent. Half the time he is not in his office, rarely has someont answering the phones, and definitely will not help you much if you have an issue with your insurance company such as Erie Insurance (also a waste of money - they will try to cheat you if you are not careful - I experienced Hurricane Sandy damage to my car and after dozens of phone, I finally got my car repaired - no thanks to Mr.... read more
