My Email(s) stated Robert Polesky as my point of contact. That might only be on my end and some type of Clerical Data Error but that's what I read on my end. I had a complaint about how that person, whatever their name is, was un-necessarily rude. Been with them for over 46 years. Always very helpful whenever we had questions. Just recently had a claim for our roof that was damaged from bad winds, our adjuster was great.
Excellent customer service from Paul and Scott for over 20 years. I have never received a lower quote on my vehicle or home coverage than what I pay at the Polesky Insurance Agency. They will find you the best coverage at the lowest price. Claims have been handled promptly and efficiently.
After being a customer of the Polesky Insurance Agency for Erie Insurance for almost 25 years, we are attempting to change to a different Erie Insurance Agent in order to get improved customer service. Earlier, when Mr. Polesky senior was at the agency, the customer service was better; however, since his departure, it has degraded over time. I changed my insurance to Erie about a year and a half ago after doing some research. I was happy to find the Polesky Agency as a local choice and got hooked up with Scott Berney as my agent. I went from one car, to two cars, to two cars and renter's insurance with Erie and have always been happy.
