When I bought a new build in Tampa, my previous HOI company quoated me two times the amount of Turners. When it was time to renew, as I do with anything I shopped as any responsible individual would do, but knew I would not find a better quote; simply doing due diligence. And sur enough, no one could come close to what Turner quoted me. There was about a three hundred dollar increase which was expected based on the market. I have had no problems with Turner Agency. However, I would appreciate a periodic review of my insurance to determine my eligibility for reduced costs.
