In November 2025, I alerted Tom Thi (also known as Tung Ba Thi, who also represents Alcott Ins) and Joseph Yurong to a material error in my policies: a custom garage door had been added to the coverage for a garage that does not exist. Finding home insurance in California at the current moment can be a challenging experience. Many carriers are not writing policies at all in the state, which makes the options extremely limited.
