We are changing insurance carriers which can be a daunting task. Madeline made it not only easy but pleasurable. She was very patient describing various policies and the pros and cons of those options. Madeline was affable and knowledge. When it comes to customer service Madeline gets it.

My family has been with Thomas Nolfi Erie Ins. for over 50 years. After moving back from a state that wasn’t covered by Erie I recently called to get a quote to compare against Geico.
