Mike is great, highly recommend him and Erie. Now paying less and getting more for my money. Recently had a claim and the approval process was a breeze. I opted to meet him in person to go over all my needs and he took the time to answer all of my questions. Doesn’t hurt to check if he can help you. I’m glad I did.
I communicated with Michael in Lebanon about insuring my small business. On the phone, he was condescending, passive-aggressive, and rude. After sending me more information, he continued to talk down to me and use unprofessional language. When I informed him that I would be going in a different direction, he wrote back, "I'm not sure why since Erie typically has the best rates in TN, and you haven't even gotten a quote yet, but okay.
