Tina and the two Bettys are always so nice and willing to help. The office has a clean, friendly atmosphere, and they always work hard to get you the option that works best for you.
I am not the type to usually write reviews, but after being told there’s nothing that can be done, I feel this is necessary. I started a policy with them and everything was fine. My insurance got canceled suddenly because according to them, Tina Holt insurance was NEVER supposed to put me with that insurance company. I just paid my insurance Friday and it got cancelled the following Tuesday. Now I have to wait a minimum 15 days to get my money back, and my car dealership is threatening to take my car due to not having insura... read more
