I was involved in a vehicle accident and this agent contacted me within 45 minutes of the event aggressively demanding reparations for damages caused by the other party's (his client) involvement. I was confused, flustered, and upset, but that does not entitle a "professional" from being aggressive, advantageous, and using profanity towards me. Extremely verbally abusive and profane. This is by far the worst agent in town. I had a close friend have a claim and the company asked them to show 4 years of tax returns to prove they were not having money problems and trying to scam them. My friend went to court and did get her claim paid. When I went in to switch my insurance to another company the owner Phay called me cursing and telling me he would come and get me.
